INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST

Note: For all other countries not stated above, shipping is automatically calculated upon checkout.

Shipping to destinations in Malaysia, Singapore & Brunei is free. 

All orders will be shipped out the next working day after receipt of payment.

Once the items are sent, it should take 2-3 working days to reach you for deliveries within Malaysia, Singapore & Brunei. For all other countries, please allow 5-7 working days. 

For international deliveries, all duties and taxes shall be borne by the customer.

For orders which require personalised engraving, it will take an additional 2 days.

EASY RETURNS

At The Chic Initiative, customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If for any reason you are not perfectly happy with your clutch or would like to exchange for another, we offer easy & flexible returns as long as the item(s) is/are posted back to us in its pristine and unused condition. 

However, we are unable to offer returns/exchanges for clutches that have been engraved, unless these clutches reach you in a defective condition, in which case we shall certainly offer you the option of a full refund or exchanged item. 

For any returns, please do email us at hello@thechicinitiative or Whatsapp +60176715020 within 7 days to inform us of your request so we may process your return/ exchange.

We kindly ask that the returned item(s) be couriered back to us in its original packaging & we will bear the postage cost for the return (if it is shipped within Malaysia). For international returns, we are unable to bear the postage charges at present.

Once we have checked and confirmed that it's in order, you will receive the full refund, store credit, or exchanged item (depending on your preference) within 7 working days. Courier charges will also be reimbursed to you for returns from Malaysia.

WARRANTY

All our clutches are made according to high standards of quality. In our commitment to ensuring excellent customer care, we offer a warranty of up to 1 year (from the date of purchase) on our crystal clutches. Should any of the crystals fall out in this period, we will have it replaced for free. We kindly ask that you (i) keep the spare crystals that come with each clutch & (ii) courier the item to us at the address above. When the clutch is restored, we will then post the item back to you at our cost & reimburse you for your postage fees.
